The Fastpanel.io site can only be used to promote your (or client's) accounts, channels, publications in social networks such as YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, namely to improve your appearance. The Fastpanel.io website provides services to increase the number of subscribers, likes, members, views, watch time, comments.
3. We DO NOT guarantee that your new followers will interact with you; we guarantee that you will receive the amount of services for which you paid.
4. We DO NOT guarantee that 100% of our followers, members will have a profile picture, any post, bio, although we strive to make this a reality for all accounts.
5. We DO NOT guarantee the safety of your publications, accounts, channels for which you made an order.
6. You will not upload anything to Fastpanel.io, including nudity images or any material that is not accepted, not suitable for the YouTube, Instagram, Telegram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook communities.
7. Fastpanel.io does NOT guarantee full delivery within 24 hours. We do not guarantee delivery times, as services may have different workloads at different hours, which may affect the speed of order fulfillment. We are not responsible for loss of funds, negative feedback or ban for late delivery.
The current average delivery time is indicated on the fastpanel.io/services website and is updated regularly automatically. By placing an order for a particular service, you automatically agree to this average time and cannot request cancellations or refunds due to late delivery.
Refund Policy
Refunds to the balance on the Fastpanel.io website are possible if:
1. The dispute arose due to a service with a guarantee and without a drop (in all other cases, a drop is possible and this is indicated in the description of each service) - full or partial refund.
2. The order is marked as completed, but not actually completed - full or partial refund.
3. The order is partially completed - partial refund.
4. Order not started within 7 days - full refund.
A return or partial refund will be denied if:
1. The client violated the rules for using the Fastpanel.io website
2. The client intentionally changed the links by changing the account.
3. The client made several orders for one link by different services, as this may lead to an incorrect number of subscribers, likes, members, views, watch time, comments.
4. There was a drop to a level below the start account of the order, which means a drop of other orders made not on our site.
A refund to the client's personal account is carried out only if the client has registered on the Fastpanel.io website to use a specific service that has been disabled, but on condition that the client has used this service at least once. Other return cases are not provided.
Refill Policy
Refill or warranty obligations for services are provided in cases where:
1. Refill is provided for the service - the conditions are indicated in each service on the website: https://fastpanel.io/services
2. The warranty period has not expired
3. The number of ordered subscribers, likes, members, views, watch time, comments is not enough.
Refill will be denied if:
1. The description of the service does not indicate a guarantee
2. The current number of subscribers, likes, members, views, watch time, comments is less than the start count in the order - it means that there was a fall not on a disputed order
3. If the account/video/publication/channel is blocked/closed/deleted or there has been a replacement (changing one account to another by changing links)
4. The user violated the rules for using the site fastpanel.io
Cancel Policy
Orders may be canceled if:
1. Order not completed but marked as completed
2. The order is partially fulfilled - partial cancellation
Cancellations or partial cancellations will be refused if:
1. The client violated the rules for using the Fastpanel.io website
2. The client intentionally changed the links by changing the account.
3. The client made several orders for one link by different services, as this may lead to an incorrect number of subscribers, likes, members, views, watch time, comments.
Privacy Policy
